Senior & Junior Petroleum Traders
As a newly established energy trading house with a large financial and corporation backing we are
looking to appoint Senior and several Junior Petroleum traders to launch our trading desk here in Dubai.
10+ years’ experience in oil and gas / petroleum trading for senior trader
5+ years’ experience doing petroleum trading across the West, Central & East Asia region for Junior
traders in trading oil and gas / petroleum products such as; Naphtha, Gasoline, Jet fuel, Gasoil, LNG, and
others are required. Candidates are expected to have an existing client base where they sell based on
personal relationships and ensure continued patronage from both customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
Must be based in the UAE
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, economics, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in physical oil trading with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent knowledge of the global oil markets, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of oil trading software such as Platts, Argus, or Bloomberg is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000 – AED40,000 per month
